Are SIUs football and basketball collectives separate? That commercial that ran during football made everything seem football based.

UNI has a very small football collective separate from the one the runs MBB, WBB and VB.

Its the same collective, but you can choose to donate to a specific sport, or even a specific player, or you can give to a general NIL fund. I myself have an automatic monthly withdrawl that goes only to mens basketball, then another one that goes to the general all sports fund.

As of last night, Evansville has 10 scholarship players on its roster.

What is Evansville’s point guard situation?

Still looking to pick up a seasoned PG in the portal. Right now the Aces have Kaia Berridge who backed up Comer last season as a freshman and a highly regarded freshman Quinet from Arizona. The coaching staff brought in veteran PGs Coleman in 2022-23, Thomas in 2023-24 and Comer in 2024-25 so it is expected they will bring a veteran PG for the upcoming season too.

Not sure about the others but Indiana State has 10 scholarship players and 2 "walk-ons" (if that's still a thing).

We have 13 scholarship players with 2 scholarships still available. Even our walk-ons from last season transferred. Just my speculation, but maybe Ehsan let them know that he wanted to go with a full 15 man scholarship roster.

Update: Flames sign 6'6" guard Chris Walker from Binghamton today. Made 55 3's this past season at a 43% clip.

Don’t know if they’ll win in year 1 but Murray State is poised to be a Valley giant. So much talent their bringing in.
